This image series blends physical collage, sculpture, graphic design, and photography. Based on the saying "self-made man", I used empty testosterone vials used for HRT to hold imaginary medications based on characteristics I've gained through difficult experiences. Each image is of a bottle filled with different substances that visually represent the characteristic it holds. Labels were designed based off of FDA-approved medication labels, printed small, and hand applied to each bottle. They include cheeky directions and warnings that act as supplementary context for each characteristic that's been prescribed.
